CANCELLATION POLICY

In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” represent Codeparticle Technology, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We understand that preferences can change, and situations may arise where cancelling an order becomes necessary. The guidelines below explain how cancellations are handled for purchases made on our platform.
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first.
To initiate a cancellation, please email our customer support team with your order details.
If your request qualifies for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Currently, we do not support modifications to order details, including product selection or delivery address, once an order has been confirmed. To make changes, you will need to cancel the existing order, provided it meets cancellation eligibility, and place a new order.
