Returns And Refunds

If there is anything wrong with what you ordered, please let us know. We want you to love it. You have the option of returning the item and placing a new order for a different size, color, or style.

You have the option to return any items you ordered from us in the unlikely event that they are not received in good condition, are damaged or defective upon delivery, or differ from what you had ordered. When returning an item, it must be unopened, in the exact condition that you received it, with all of its tags and original packing. Within 30 days of the delivery date of these goods, the merchandise may be returned.

After delivery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards, jewelry, purses, or sunglasses unless there is a manufacturing issue.v

QUICK AND EASY DOMESTIC ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For all orders delivered within ( name of country), we provide complimentary reverse pick-up services. If you placed an order using your registered account, you can raise a return request by logging into your account on our website, going to the "Order" area, and clicking the "See details" button.

Please enter the information requested under "Check Order" if you placed an order while using a guest account.

Pick all the things you wish to return, click on Request a Return, and then choose a return reason from the list.

After that, choose your preferred refund method and press the Confirm Return button. Upon the successful registration of your request, a "Return ID" will be generated together with the name of the courier responsible for the reverse pick-up.

Please adhere to the guidelines listed below:

Within 2-3 business days, the return shipment will be picked up. You can check the "Return ID" with the courier boy when the package is picked up.

Please follow the procedure listed below to return an order:

  1. Draw a circle around the goods or products you are returning on a copy of the order/invoice page.
  2. If at all possible, pack the item or items you wish to return in the original delivery package. Please make sure the product is undamaged, in the same condition as when you received it, and that all of the tags are still attached.
  3. Insert the order/invoice sheet, and make sure the package is correctly wrapped.
  4. Give the package to our courier partner when they arrive. The reimbursement process for the returned items will begin once we get the returned courier. The refund money may not be credited at its source for up to 5-7 business days after it has been processed.
  5. Within 30 days following the order's delivery, returns for online purchases may be requested.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

On orders that are transported abroad, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items. In the odd event that any of the goods you got are flawed or damaged, please contact us at care@[Website Name].com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Your advisor on this issue will be our representative.

After 15 days have passed since the shipment was delivered, we do not accept any damage claims. So, if we approve your request for a return, please make sure to let us know about the issue and ship the product as soon as possible.

Note: Before returning any items to us, please contact our customer service in writing to discuss any duties or taxes that may be due. Any tariffs or taxes incurred as a result of the return shipment will not be our responsibility.
